We offer a FREE COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE to customers within Tyne & Wear. A POSTAL SERVICE is available for those outside the area.
PLEASE REMEMBER!
- that your parcel is securely wrapped with enough protective bubble wrap.
- your parcel is insured against loss or damage.
- to enclose where necessary any system discs, battery & power supply/charger.
- to enclose return address.
- to provide a brief fault description.
- please email us when your machine has been posted so that we can keep track of it.
All repaired machines will require a signature when sent via post or carrier.
